The Teaching & Learning Cooperative (TLCo-op) has facilitated workshops to help faculty develop courses for blended/hybrid and online courses every year since 2012. These workshops, sponsored by the Provost, focus on sound design practices and project development. In addition to a small stipend, faculty are provided support from our instructional design team from the academic technology, teaching and learning center, and outreach and continuing education areas. In the project workshop, faculty work in smaller cohorts with extra support from the TLC faculty mentors.
