One Note access:
One note is Part of Microsoft 365 and can be set up and logged into via your school email and password
Setting up Breakout Room Sections:
- Create a new section by right-clicking in the left-most collum and selecting “New Section.”
- Name The Section the name of your class discussion
- Right-click in middle section and select “New Page”
- Create a page for each desired breakout room

Basic Text:
- To create:
- Click anywhere on page and start typing
Drawing Function
- To Create:
- Select “Draw” – Click pencil function to access pencil – draw desired material
Drawing Function to create Word Cloud
- To Create:
- Select “Draw” – click on cursor tool and click anywhere onscreen to insert text
- drag text to desired location
- Click pencil function to access pencil – draw arrows and necessary marks
Image Collage:

- Click “Insert” – click anywhere on the screen – select “Picture” – choose format to insert picture – place in desired location,
