Microsoft Stream is a video creating and sharing app that is free through the Office 365 suite. You can upload videos and share videos using Microsoft Stream. You can also use Stream as a screen capture app for up to 15 minutes. Stream has limited video editing abilities compared to other screen capture technologies such as Panopto. However, it can be a good option if you are looking to upload basic videos that do not require a lot of editing. You can also easily set the permissions to allow specific users only at Western to view your videos.
